What data we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you send

Formspree, the service that processes the form (see below), also automatically logs the sending IP address and submission timestamp as part of handling the request. This website uses a privacy-first analytics tool that counts page views without cookies and without identifying you (see “Analytics” below); no other browsing data is collected.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect your contact details to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis for processing this data is legitimate interests - responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

Third-party processors

Your data is processed by the following third parties on our behalf:

• Formspree - handles contact form submissions. Data is transmitted to and stored on Formspree’s servers. Formspree’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) .
• Vercel - hosts this website and provides its analytics (see “Analytics” below). Vercel may log server-side request data including IP addresses. Vercel’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) .
• Google Fonts - fonts are loaded from Google’s servers. This may expose your IP address to Google. Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) .

These are the only third parties this website uses to process personal data.

Analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It is designed to be privacy-friendly:

• It does not set any cookies and does not use browser storage.
• It does not create a persistent identifier for you, and does not track you across other websites.
• It records aggregate counts only - for example page views, referring site, country, and device type - not individuals.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry messages for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, correspondence relevant to that work may be kept for longer as part of normal business record-keeping.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
